IT Operations Management

Location: East Hanover, New Jersey

 

Job Description:

This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring all meeting and event details are managed accurately, communicated clearly, and executed with a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client and Meeting Coordination
  • Event Operations and Logistics
  • Production Team and Process Oversight
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Reporting, Documentation, and Administrative Support

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a high level of professionalism and client service.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and consistency.
  • Comfortable communicating and coordinating with senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting onsite meetings, events, hospitality operations, workplace services, or similar corporate event environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
Mandatory Skills: IT Operations Management .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
