As a Change Management Consultant at Wipro Technologies in the Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating change initiatives and supporting finance transformation projects. Your contributions will not only be integral to the successful implementation of BlackLine but also facilitate a significant standardization initiative across our Global Business Services (GBS) framework
Summary of the role:
- Change Management Consultant – BlackLine Implementation
This role will support the end-to-end change management activities related to the implementation of BlackLine within the finance function. Prior experience with BlackLine and finance transformation projects is essential. - Change Management Consultant – GBS Standardization Program
This consultant will focus on supporting a GBS-wide standardization initiative, with a strong emphasis on conducting Change Impact Assessments, identifying dependencies, and leading training and enablement activities.
Start Date & Duration:
We are looking to onboard both consultants as soon as possible, with engagements running until the end of the year, and a possibility of extension beyond depending on project needs and performance.
We are looking for professionals who can collaborate closely with internal teams, demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills, and bring hands-on experience in similar transformation contexts.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
