Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to increase revenue, maximize process efficiency & cost-effectiveness, and ensure excellent customer experience, through effective leadership and supervision of daily operations and personnel, strategy planning, contract compliance, resource optimization and capability development for an account.

Responsibilities –

• Lead PTP transformation roadmap and process redesign initiatives. Transform Accounts Payable processes using AI-enabled operating models.
• Knowledge of AI Agents
• Drive AP automation, touchless invoice processing, workflow optimization, and vendor experience improvements.
• Identify and execute productivity, SLA, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Implement best practices across invoice processing, payments, vendor management, and helpdesk operations.
• Manage stakeholder governance and transformation reviews.
• Build business cases and track benefits realization
• Drive productivity improvements across invoice processing and vendor management.
• Lead customer and stakeholder workshops.
• Accountable for: Tower Productivity Gains, AI Adoption Metrics, Automation Pipeline, Process Standardization Score, Stakeholder Satisfaction

 

Mandatory Skills: Financial Planning & Analysis .
