As a team leader, candidate is responsible for supporting & managing team, client, BAU activities and support senior manager in audits etc. Candidate is also responsible to answer client on escalations, place relevant controls. Monitoring activities for multiple locations and ensuring the targets are met as per agreed SLAs.

• Manages a team of up 25-30 associates
• Good accounting knowledge and strong communication skills
• Hands on experience in SAP, Concur and Esker will be value added
• Must have managed PTP team at least for 2 years and activities like PO and NonPO invoice processing, TnE claims, GRIR, credit postings, vendor reconciliation and management, payment run etc.
• Implement best practices to enhance accuracy and reduce errors in the process
• Create and maintain tracking reports in relation to performance
• Monitor team performance against key business metrics like Productivity, Accuracy, Project Baseline Targets, Quality Score, QC Accuracy, Staff Utilization
• Accountable to provide timely and efficient service to clients; review the operations and take proactive measures to avoid escalations, ensure team understands how to leverage resources to address issues, and delegate workload across the leadership team.
• Calibrate with the quality team to ensure consistent delivery of quality assurance, creating and maintaining performance reporting
• Address client escalations promptly and professionally.
• Ability to conduct error analysis, identify process gaps and share process improvement ideas
