Role Purpose

The role incumbent is focused on implementation of roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements & functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning. Consultants are expected to contribute to solution building for the client & practice. The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in client interactions.
 

O͏racle FCM

Own the product vision and roadmap for Oracle FCCM modules (AML, Transaction Monitoring, KYC/CDD, Sanctions Screening, Case Management).

Act as the primary interface between Compliance, Risk, Business, and Technology teams, translating regulatory and business requirements into prioritized user stories.Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, customer priorities, and platform capabilities.

Provide deep functional leadership across FCCM scenarios, alerts, workflows, rules, thresholds, and customer risk scoring.

Lead Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews) and provide ongoing clarification to delivery teams.

Own UAT strategy and business sign‑off, ensuring solutions meet compliance, audit, and operational requirements.

Support FCCM upgrades, enhancements, and migrations by validating scope, managing change, and assessing business impact.

Partner with Model Validation, Audit, and Regulatory teams to ensure traceability, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
