Brief Summary of the role

Our client is running a huge business and system transformation, including multiple areas (S/4, , Ariba, ) from a global design phase until the rollout in more than 10+ countries within Europe. This program will direct report into the C-Level board, and we are looking for a program director to interfere with the board.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a business transformation program from a C-Level relationship perspective
  • Connecting to the different C-Levels of the program and aligning on the governance of the program and the way forward
  • Heavy focus on C-Level stakeholder management for the transformation program an navigating in a political challenging environment
  • Mange and own the Steering Committee
  • Mange the delivery and cost of the program
  • Change Management and negotiating program changes with the board
  • Collaboration with business program director on the client side to successfully deliver the program

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Should have experience in delivering application development and product implementation projects.
  • Experience in implementing an ERP or large solution
  • Experience in managing Java and Cloud based projects, preferably in Agile methodologies.
  • Must be well versed with Project Management principles and must have an understanding of front ending with the customers from offshore.
  • Experience in creating and managing the project plans using the Microsoft Project Plan (MPP) tool
  • Must have played customer facing role and must have participated in governance calls
  • Must have experience in handling all phases of the project starting from initiation to project closure
  • Must have at least extensive experience in managing the Java/web-based development project
  • Considerable experience with Scheduling, tracking and time management
  • Must be able to work from our clients Heathrow office (London) a minimum of 3 days a week
  • A Project Management certification is required, such as PMP or Prince2 Practitione
