Service Delivery Manager – Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end infrastructure service delivery across Connectivity/Network, Security, Compute and Data Center towers.
- Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs, KPIs, availability and service-quality commitments.
- Govern enterprise Compute services, including x86 infrastructure, Windows/Unix servers, virtualization, storage and backup/recovery.
- Oversee Data Center service delivery, ensuring operational stability, availability, resilience and effective coordination across infrastructure towers.
- Provide delivery governance for LAN/WAN, enterprise connectivity and Network services, coordinating technical teams during service degradation and outages.
- Coordinate infrastructure security activities, including operational risks, vulnerabilities, remediation tracking and security-related incidents.
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Service Delivery / Infrastructure Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Compute, Windows/Unix Servers, x86 Hardware, Virtualization and Data Center operations.
- Experience with Storage/SAN, Backup & Recovery and infrastructure monitoring.
- Good understanding of enterprise Networking/Connectivity and infrastructure Security services.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change and Service Level Management.
- Experience managing complex infrastructure environments and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong customer management, stakeholder communication, governance and escalation-management capabilities.
- Ability to translate technical infrastructure issues into service and business impact.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and decision-making skills.
Mandatory Skills: IT Operations Management .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
