Job title: UI/UX Developer
Location: Fort Collins, Colorado (Onsite)
UI/UX design, development, and test for SGP Tools.
Software development for various SGP presales tools, with Ninja Online being a key area of focus.
Experience in being the principal UI/UX developer for a Fortune 100 technology company’s presales and sales tools for a global user base consisting of ~10,000 very active sellers both direct and indirect (channel partners).
Exceptional proficiency in Figma specifically in extremely rapidly designing and developing enterprise level cloud native applications in an Agile environment with applications hosted both on-prem and on AWS.
Exceptional experience with and knowledge of React.js, Node, TypeScript, Grommet and HPE Design System as applied to HPE presales/sales assessment, sizing and opportunity automation tools contexts.
Hands on and deep technical knowledge of infrastructure technology in general and specifically the HPE Storage portfolio, containerized and virtualized technologies, cloud technologies, and sales automation systems.
Strong hands on experience with driving formal user-driven design processes and quantitative/qualitative methods.
Outstanding skills and success in polling, surveying and understanding the global user base experience, and then applying this knowledge to specific design enhancements in HPE presales/sales assessment, sizing and opportunity automation tools contexts.
Robust written and spoken communication skills including management level presentation skills.
Exceptional ability to collaborate with go to market, product and engineering teams to design seamless user experiences that meet these different stakeholders’ priorities while representing the end user experience and their needs and priorities.
Experience in applying AI tools and resources to advance UX/UI development, including automation of Figma prototypes to high quality, functional code, as well as experience in designing leading edge Agentic AI experiences.
Experience: 3-5 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
