As a BPS Practice Specialist at Wipro Technologies GmbH within our Business Process Services (BPS) practice, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our digital transformation offerings. This key role demands strategic sales leadership, comprehensive client management, and the ability to navigate complex, large-scale deals in IT Services and Consulting. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and foster long-lasting client partnerships. Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Spearhead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead identification to deal closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Develop and manage compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating clear value propositions and competitive differentiation.
• Leverage your deep understanding of IT services and consulting to advise clients on innovative solutions, including business process outsourcing, cloud computing, security, and application development.
• Negotiate commercial terms, manage contract drafting processes, and oversee financial modeling to achieve optimal outcomes for both client and company.
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and trust-building strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams including delivery, solution architects, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilize design thinking principles, pipeline management, and deal qualification methods to enhance sales effectiveness and secure multimillion-dollar, complex contracts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to proactively identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and methodologies within the BPS practice.
• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior sales staff and representing Wipro’s values and culture in all interactions.
