We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud & Infrastructure Practice Specialist to join Wipro Technologies-Germany, within our Technology Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will lead and advance our cloud and infrastructure initiatives by designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge cloud solutions and infrastructure architectures that align with our clients' strategic objectives.

Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders through complex transformation projects, leveraging industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency, security, and scalability. You will be responsible for evaluating emerging technologies, creating tailored deployment strategies, and ensuring robust cloud governance frameworks.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation, as well as the ability to mentor and influence peers while collaborating with global teams within our CISS - CIS GROUP. Contributing to business development efforts by providing technical insights and thought leadership will also be a critical aspect of your role, helping position Wipro as a premier partner in cloud and infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive cloud and infrastructure strategies for enterprise clients, encompassing public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance regulations.
• Collaborate with software, security, and networking teams to deliver integrated cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Conduct technology assessments to identify opportunities for modernization and automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and orchestration tools.
• Provide technical oversight for cloud migrations and infrastructure transformation initiatives, mitigating risks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Partner with sales and consulting teams to articulate technical value propositions and assist in proposal development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and facilitate knowledge sharing to continuously improve practice capabilities and client solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, or a related field, with demonstrated success in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, including certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred.
• Strong expertise in virtualization technologies, networking, storage, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in global matrix teams and foster collaborative environments.
