Wipro Consulting provides end-to-end business transformation—from insights to results—shaping next-generation operating models. We are at the forefront of AI-led transformation, helping global enterprises harness AI, GenAI, and technology strategy to unlock business value at scale. We are seeking a visionary consulting leader to establish and scale Wipro’s AI Advisory & Technology Strategy consulting business across the DACH region. This leadership role will define the regional AI advisory strategy, build a high-impact consulting practice, and position Wipro as a market-leading AI transformation partner. The role will drive growth across industries while leveraging Wipro’s broader consulting and technology ecosystem. 

The leader will:

• Own and grow the AI Advisory consulting business across DACH
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs on AI-led transformation
• Drive revenue, market presence, and practice scale
• Act as the face of AI Advisory in the region 

Responsibilities

Grow and Deliver

• Define and execute the AI Advisory growth strategy for DACH
• Own AI consulting revenue targets and build a strong pipeline across strategic accounts and new clients
• Lead large, complex, multi-country consulting deals and AI transformation programmes
• Expand Wipro’s footprint in AI, GenAI, and Technology Strategy consulting
• Ensure measurable business outcomes including revenue growth, cost optimisation, and productivity improvement 

CXO Advisory & Strategic Client Leadership

• Advise CEOs, CIOs, CDAOs, CTOs, and business leaders on:
• Enterprise AI strategy and adoption roadmaps
• Scaled and responsible GenAI deployment
• Operating model and technology transformation
• Translate AI investments into tangible business value and outcomes
• Build and deepen executive-level relationships across European markets
   

AI Strategy & Transformation Advisory

• Lead high-impact AI strategy and transformation engagements including:
• AI maturity assessments and vision definition
• AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance frameworks
• Value-led business case development and realisation tracking
• Define differentiated offerings across:
• AI Strategy & Roadmaps
• GenAI adoption and scaling
• Enterprise architecture and technology strategy
• Shape AI-led transformation propositions aligned with enterprise and industry needs
• Design and deploy AI-led transformation solutions leveraging data, cloud, and digital capabilities
• Develop next-generation operating models embedding AI into business processes
• Drive innovation across client engagements and internal consulting capabilities 
   

Practice Leadership & Talent Building

• Build, scale, and lead the AI Advisory consulting practice across Europe
• Develop a strong pipeline of consulting leaders and specialists
• Mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
• Collaborate across Wipro to deliver integrated “One Wipro” solutions
   

Market Eminence & Thought Leadership

• Establish Wipro as a leading AI Advisory partner in DACH
• Develop executive-level thought leadership including POVs, whitepapers, and industry insights
• Represent Wipro in industry forums, client roundtables, and analyst engagements
• Strengthen brand positioning and external credibility
  
  

Solutions & Ecosystem Collaboration

• Define and deliver differentiated AI consulting offerings
• Collaborate with Wipro business lines and technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Build strategic partnerships across AI, cloud, data, and platform ecosystems
   

Governance, Risk & Delivery Oversight

• Provide executive oversight of large AI and transformation programmes
• Ensure:
  • Strong governance and delivery quality
  • Responsible AI, regulatory compliance, and data privacy adherence
  • High client satisfaction and referenceable outcomes

͏T͏he leader we are looking for:

•    A creative and motivating consulting leader who can align diverse teams toward common outcomes.  
•    Proven consulting leader with experience building and scaling AI / Technology Strategy practices, ideally from top tier consulting firms, strategy arms of large SI/tech companies or even boutique AI / Tech Strategy consultancies which have scaled
•    Strong track record of revenue ownership, consulting sales leadership, and CXO engagement
•    Deep expertise in AI, GenAI, enterprise architecture, and operating model transformation
•    Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in practice building and market creation
•    Gravitas to engage and influence senior business leaders and client executives, leading them through complex transformation programmes
•    Strong communication, storytelling, and thought leadership capabilities. German language is mandatory for this position, and to be based Frankfurt or Munich.
•    Global exposure across industries and markets 
•    Strong background in enterprise transformation, operating model design, and people strategy.  .    
•    Ownership mindset with demonstrated success in solution incubation, IP creation, and thought leadership.    
•    Ability to represent Wipro publicly through media interactions, industry forums, and thought leadership engagements.
