Role Objective
Drive Cybersecurity revenue growth and margin improvement in Germany and Austria by supporting pipeline creation, deal shaping, and closure of profitable enterprise security engagements as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities
- Own contribution to Cybersecurity Revenue and Order Book (OB) targets for Germany & Austria.
- Partner with Account Managers, Client Partners, and Pursuit Teams to shape qualified cybersecurity opportunities.
- Drive hunting and farming motions by identifying security transformation opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Act as Practice Specialist for Cybersecurity pursuits, supporting opportunity qualification and deal closure.
- Position and sell Enterprise Cybersecurity solutions across multiple security domains (SOC, SIEM, MDR, Cloud Security, IAM, Advisory).
- Shape commercially viable and margin‑positive deals by influencing scope, solution design, and pricing in collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Finance.
- Support RFPs, proposals, and commercials with a clear focus on margin protection and cost optimization.
- Engage with clients to articulate business‑led security value aligned to risk, resilience, and spend priorities.
- Drive upsells and cross‑sell opportunities to increase cybersecurity wallet share in existing accounts.
- Work with SMU in Account Planning.
- Travel extensively within the region (40–60%) to support customer engagements and pursuits.

Experience & Profile
- 8–12 years in Cybersecurity sales, Practitioner Sales, pre‑sales, or solution roles
- Strong experience in enterprise security solution positioning and selling
- Commercial acumen with clear focus on revenue and margin
- Willingness to operate as a pure Individual Contributor
- Experience with German / DACH enterprise customers preferred in global IT services organisations
