  • Identify recurring problems suited to bolt-ons, overlays, orchestration layers or adjacent products.
  • Ensure solutions are configurable and core-agnostic wherever practical.

AI, Platform & Innovation

  • Embed human oversight, explainability, auditability, security, privacy and responsible-AI controls.
  • Guide API, event, data and workflow integration, ensuring configurability, resilience and scalability.

Business Case & GTM

  • Own business cases covering market opportunity, customer value, investment, revenue and ROI.
  • Define positioning and GTM; support pitches, RFPs, lighthouse clients and early-adopter programs.
  • Build partnerships and track pipeline, adoption, revenue and outcomes.

Must-Have Credentials

  • 10+ years of product-management experience in a product company, owning roadmaps for Core Banking platforms, bolt-ons or adjacencies.
  • Deep knowledge of Core Banking platforms, processes, workflows, data and surrounding applications; experience with at least one major core platform.
  • Proven ability to convert business problems and whitespace opportunities into scalable products.
  • Strong record in strategy, roadmap, discovery, UX, competitive analysis, business cases and GTM.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integration, event-driven architecture, cloud, data platforms, AI/ML, GenAI and Agentic AI.
