Responsibilities:
- Own and shape the product architecture in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product management, design, and engineering to align technology solutions with strategic business goals.
- Effectively communicate technical vision, product strategies, and implementation plans to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Develop and maintain industry-leading enterprise solutions that exhibit high availability, scalability, security, and user-friendliness.
- Write robust, reliable, and efficient code underpinned by best practices, integrating comprehensive monitoring and alerting to proactively manage system health.
- Lead design and code reviews to foster high-quality deliverables that meet performance, maintainability, and scalability standards.
- Continuously analyze system performance and work to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability of various technology components.
- Collaborate with DevOps and quality assurance teams to streamline deployment pipelines and ensure smooth release cycles.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team to uplift overall technical capability.

Your Expertise:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, though equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience is valued.
- 6 to 8 years of practical experience working extensively on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
- Proficient in Apex programming, SOQL, SOSL, and integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
- Advanced skills in leveraging Salesforce Web Service APIs including SOAP, REST, Bulk API, and Metadata API, ensuring smooth data exchange and application integration.
- Expertise in front-end technologies such as Aura components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript to build responsive and engaging user interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience in building seamless integrations with third-party applications and AppExchange products, enhancing platform capabilities.
- Experience with designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud systems aligned with industry best practices.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences, ensuring clear understanding across technical and business teams.
- Proficiency in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes, using tools such as Jenkins for automated deployment.
- Adherence to change management protocols to safeguard system integrity and data quality.
- Salesforce Data Cloud certification is required, attesting to expertise in data management within Salesforce environments.
- Salesforce Service Cloud and Architect certifications highly preferred, reflecting mastery in platform architecture and service delivery.
- Experience with MuleSoft middleware development or integration projects is an asset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data management techniques, including working with structured and unstructured databases, SQL, RDBMS technologies, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) design principles.
- Professional fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
