Role involves building, automating, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and security. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, supporting platform operations, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver robust cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and provision GCP infrastructure using Terraform.
  • Implement automation, guardrails, and follow cloud policies for GCP environments.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Provide support for platform issues and business escalations.
  • Work with various GCP data products including Cloud SQL, GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, BigQuery, and Vertex AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on experience with GCP Cloud Engineering.
  • Deep understanding of networking and service communication
  • Deep expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and experience in deploying GCP Services such as BigQuery and Dataflow.
  • Understanding the internals of BigQuery architecture and ability to map and follow the internal approved patterns of deployment
  • Exposure in the release process and ability to follow throughout the lifecycle of the service enablement
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and policy implementation.
  • Experience with other GCP data services is a plus.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 57000 to CAD 90000 .
