Job Description

7+ years of experience in GCP cloud architecture or infrastructure engineering.

Design and implement scalable, resilient, and cost-effective GCP architectures (compute, storage, networking, IAM, etc.).

  •  Develop cloud architecture blueprints and design documentation aligned with best practices and organizational needs.

  •  Lead infrastructure modernization and migration projects from on-premise or other cloud providers to GCP.

  •  Cloud Engineering & Automation:

  •  Understand and design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, or Ansible.

  •  Experience in automated provisioning, scaling, and management of cloud environments.

  •  Integrate CI/CD pipelines for cloud infrastructure deployment.

  •  Expertise in Google Cloud Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and VPC networking, experience in Kubernetes Engine (GKE), BigQuery, AI would be an asset.

  •  Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Deployment Manager) and CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitLab CI).

  •  Deep understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, DNS, firewalls, and VPNs in GCP.

 

  •  Familiarity with security best practices and cloud governance.

  •  Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification (required or preferred).

  • Other hyperscaler technology experience would be an asset
