Role & Responsibilities:
- Run and optimise the RAG pipeline using Polish language models.
- Benchmark system accuracy using available scripts and propose improvements.
- Implement and validate improvements in data ingestion, chunking, and multimodal pipeline functionality.
- Integrate audio/video support (e.g., Whisper), enhance metadata extraction, and improve table/image extraction.
- Develop and maintain scripts for benchmarking GenAI and RAG systems (accuracy, TTFT, TTOT).
- Collaborate with DevOps and data engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable AI solutions.

Requirements:
- Experience with embedding models and techniques.
- Benchmark GenAI and RAG systems (accuracy, TTFT, TTOT).
- Expertise in multi-modal extraction technologies (OCR, audio/video processing, table extraction, multimodal document processing).
- Polish speakers capable of working with Polish LLM.
