Responsibilities:

 

  • Providing technical consultancy and solution support to the team in related area of technology
  • Troubleshoot and resolving complex packaging issues
  • Developing best practices/ process documents in collaboration with the team
  • Handling all technical customer escalations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Re-Packaging vendor applications.
  • Well versed with end-to-end Application packaging process.
  • Experience in Process Automation
  • Hands on experience on tools like Install Shield, Wise Packaging Studio, Windows Installer, MSIX Packaging Tool, Microsoft App-V & Thin App Virtualization & MAC Composer
  • Knowledge of Bug Tracking tools, Package Versioning and Package Life Cycle Managing Tools
  • Cross functional skills in EUC Engineering space like Intune and Software Distribution
  • Knowledge on MAC packaging and App-V / Thin App packaging
  • Proficient in Win 7, Win 10, Win 11 & MAC Operating systems and good knowledge of  file systems and registries
  • Proficient in toolsets such as Wise package Studio, Install Shield, SCCM, Altiris, Intune etc.
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge is required and usage of PSADT
  • Good in technical trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Experience in VB scripting & Batch Scripting
  • Remediating compatibility issues in Win 7/ Win 10
  • Experience in re-packaging complex applications
  • Good knowledge on MSIX, App-V Packaging and Troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of a few Clouds based Packaging Tools.
  • Must have Knowledge on application Re-Packaging, Application Compatibility testing and Software Distribution
  • Should be able to handle all technical customer escalations.
