The function reports to the IT Platform Manager/Project Manager 

Managing the design, configuration and setup of the various components of the ManageEngine solutions, both on prem and on cloud. 

Administer the ManageEngine ITAM and ITOM solution suite at Manufacturing/BFSI customers. 

Creating alert thresholds, alarms etc. 

Configuring ITOM thresholds and managing them on an ongoing basis based on evolving business requirements. 

Triggering periodic archival/repatriation of data from ManageEngine. 

Implementation of ManageEngine workflows and modules. 

Day to day administration of ManageEngine, ITOM modules such as, Op Manager, App Manager, AD360, VM+, which ever applicable 

User configuration, profile configuration, CI configuration/changes. 

Carryout other operational management and system administration tasks on the ManageEngine suite as defined by Manufacturing/BFSI polices to facilitate smooth running of Manageengine tools and to facilitate meeting the customer requirements. 
Mandatory Skills: OpsRamp AIOPS .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
