Job Description
The CyberArk PAM Administrator will manage and maintain an existing on-premises CyberArk Privileged Access Management environment. The role includes day-to-day operations, onboarding new privileged accounts and systems (Windows, Linux, Unix, and network devices), ensuring system health, applying patches, and supporting compliance and security audits.

- Hybrid – from Gdańsk/Warsaw, 3 days from the office

Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with CyberArk on-premises components (EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA).
Strong understanding of PAM operational best practices.
Expertise in onboarding Windows, Linux, Unix, and network devices.
Experience in patching, upgrades, and DR drills.
Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
Certifications (Preferred):
CyberArk Certified
CISSP or equivalent security certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain CyberArk components: EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA.
Perform regular health checks, apply patches, and manage upgrades.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
Onboard privileged accounts and integrate Windows, Linux, Unix, and network devices into CyberArk PAM.
Configure password rotation policies and session recording for these platforms.
Conduct periodic audits and generate compliance reports.
Ensure adherence to least privilege principles and regulatory standards.
Investigate and resolve security alerts from PTA and SIEM integrations.
Maintain integrations with AD, SIEM, and other enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, authentication, and session management.
Provide L2/L3 support for CyberArk-related incidents and service requests.
Develop scripts for account onboarding and lifecycle management.
Optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability.
