• Work location: Gdansk or Warsaw 
• Work model: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Key requirements:

• 5 years of experience with TDE and SFTP solution.
• Hands-on experience with Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) in one or more database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Experience with secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2) and managed file transfer (MFT) solutions.
• Great customer orientation skills.
• Client interfacing skills, understanding and translating requirements back to team.
• Maintain a project plan.

 Role Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support data encryption solutions, with a strong focus on Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) across enterprise database platforms.
• Manage and maintain secure file transfer solutions, including SFTP and managed file transfer (MFT) environments, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand business and security requirements and translate them into technical solutions for delivery teams.
• Provide end-to-end support for secure data movement, encryption at rest and in transit, and related security controls.
• Act as a client-facing technical point of contact, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop, maintain, and track project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies related to data encryption and secure transfer initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with security standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of encryption and secure transfer services.
