Job Description

The ITRO + BCM/DR - GRC Consultant is responsible for governance, risk and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to IT Risk Office (ITRO) standards, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks, and customer-specific compliance expectations.

• Work location: Warsaw or Gdansk 
• Work model: Hybrid (1/2 days onsite, 4/3 days remote)

• Working hours: 9am - 5pm CET

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ITRO governance activities, risk assessments, compliance adherence, and audit readiness.
• Drive BCM/DR programs including BIA, RA, DR drills, documentation, and recovery strategy validation.
• Manage GRC processes in line with frameworks such as ERM, ORM, VRM, IT Risk, Cyber, and regulatory mandates.
• Coordinate with internal and customer stakeholders on policy implementation, assessments, and remediation.
• Prepare compliance dashboards, reports, and maintain evidence repositories.
• Facilitate external and internal audits and ensure closure of identified gaps.
• Ensure contractual compliance across IT controls, security governance, and continuity frameworks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of IT Risk, Governance, Compliance, BCM and DR standards.
• Knowledge of GRC tools, risk frameworks, auditing practices, and regulatory expectations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Certifications like ITIL, ISO22301, ISO27001, CRISC (preferred).
• Experience working with global clients, audits, and risk functions.

Experience:
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ITRO, GRC, BCM, DR, audits, compliance management, and stakeholder governance.
