Location and Work Mode:
- Regular working hours
- Hybrid module of work from Gdańsk – 2 days from home and 3 days from the office

Responsibilities:
- Own and govern end‑to‑end change management processes across complex, multi‑supplier environments
- Plan, assess, and coordinate changes, including risk, impact, scheduling, and resources
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Engage and communicate effectively with business, IT, and external service providersLead post‑implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement
- Provide clear reporting on change performance, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
Lead ITIL‑aligned configuration and asset management processes, including CMDB governance
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of configuration and asset data through regular audits
- Manage end‑to‑end hardware asset lifecycle, from procurement to disposal
- Support change management by assessing CI impact and maintaining documentation
- Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and vendors to optimise asset usage and costs
- Deliver reporting, dashboards, and insights to support compliance, risk mitigation, and decision‑making
- Drive continuous improvement, governance, and stakeholder enablement across ITSM processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience in change management within large, complex, multi‑vendor environments
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks, including ITIL (Change, Configuration & Asset Management)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including risk and impact assessmentExperience developing change management processes, policies, and documentation
- Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) and asset management solutionsS
- trong reporting skills with experience preparing insights for senior management
- Knowledge of service integration, software licensing, and IT procurement is a plusRelevant ITIL or change management certifications desirable
