SAP ABAP Developer

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Poland

Contract type: Full time CoE

Project: Wipro is supporting an international, globally distributed software vendor in his cloud service area with application management services. On top of the latest S/4HANA ABAP technology stack, project specific ABAP applications will get developed and supported in a DevOps approach. The business processes as implemented in project specific ABAP applications are related to data center management, data center operations and IT asset management. We are looking for additional support, to enhance the existing team in a hybrid working model.

Long Description

Skill Set

You have at least 2 years of experience and know-how in application management: ITIL processes / incidents, service requests, change requests, problem management, escalation management, service excellence, continuous Improvements
Frontend: SAP UI5 / FIORI, Web technologies like Javascript / HTML 
OR/AND Backend: SAP ABAP-OO (Object Oriented), SAP o-Data Services, SAP CDS Views 
SAP trainings and certifications in above technologies would be an advantag

Soft Skills 

Willingness to learn on a continuous basis in the coming years
Being self-motivated and pro-active (we do not need candidates, who need to be micro-managed)
Willingness to go the extra mile (we do not need candidates, who are looking for a comfort zone)
Having a problem solving mindset (not creating additional problems)
Strong communication skills
Strong presentation skills
You have good language, communication and presentation skills in Englis

Nice to have

Agile and Scrum

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in IT / Computer Science
