We are seeking a Junior Validation Engineer to support validation and quality assurance activities across AI systems and data pipelines. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow technical skills while contributing to the reliability and performance of advanced applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing detailed test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts  
- Execute functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing under guidance from senior engineers  
- Identify, document, and report defects, supporting root cause analysis  
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and data scientists  
- Support integration of profiling tools into testing workflows  
- Help manage and maintain test frameworks to improve automation and efficiency

Required Skills and Experience

- Basic knowledge of QA methodologies, automated and manual testing processes, and defect management practices  
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and test automation  
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow  
- Experience working in Linux environments, with exposure to debugging tools and profiling techniques  
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn  
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
