Job Description
Work Environment:
- Hybrid – from Gdańsk/Warsaw, 3 days from the office

Key responsibilities:
- Handling LAN/WAN incidents escalated from L1 team.
- Perform Incident Management, problem Mgt, Capacity Mgt. and Release Management.
- Network IP address Management and allocation based on Tools or Offline database.
- Run the system heath check procedures & provide inputs to L3 teams.
- WAN/SD-WAN Access technology configuration and troubleshooting.
- Implement and rollout Patch updates with planned down time.
- Maintains and monitor network utilization and make necessary changes whenever required.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in Network Routing and Switching products.
- Knowledge and experience with inter-network routing architectures, and the underlying network security technologies.
- Should have worked as a Network Administrator & acquired hands-on experience in the in large & complex setups.
- Experience and extensive knowledge of switching technology (Gigabit Ethernet, L2/L3 Switching, VLANs, STP, VTP etc.) are required.
- Service Delivery understanding and remote support exposure.
- Experience in Configuration and trouble shooting of routing protocols.
- Configuration and administration of Wireless products (Controllers and AP’s), Wireless Access Security: WEP, Rotating WEP, LEAP, PEAP etc.
- Knowledge on monitoring and management tools.
Nice to have:
- H/W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination
- Network Bandwidth, Capacity Analyze the recommendations.
- Expertise to provide inputs for root cause analysis and record solutions in the knowledge base.
- Basic knowledge on Meraki WLAN, Routing Switching & SDWAN.
