Type of contract: Contract of Employment
Location and Work Mode: Gdansk - hybrid module of work 2/3 days from the office.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform first‑level diagnosis, proactive monitoring, and incident management using standard tools and processes.
- Update knowledge base articles and Known Error Database (KEDB).
- Provide support via phone, email, web channels, and remote login using documented procedures and technical knowledge.
- Analyze error logs and perform basic incident analysis to resolve medium‑complexity issues.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers and coordinate with L2/L3 teams until resolution.

Requirements
- Candidate must have 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with Cisco Routers and Switches (read‑only access for status and interface checks).
- Ability to perform log monitoring and basic device health checks.
- Understanding of standard ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and at least one network monitoring tool (SolarWinds, HPOV, NetView, Vitalnet, MRTG, etc.).
- Strong foundation in switching and routing concepts, Ethernet protocols, and the OSI model.
- Basic configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting skills for routers and switches.
- Knowledge of switching technologies such as VLAN, STP, and VTP.
- Exposure to routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
- Basic understanding of Cisco Viptela SD‑WAN.
- Hardware troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
- ITIL process knowledge.
- Basic administration of cloud‑based IP telephony systems (e.g., Webex).
- Experience with Cisco wireless AP configuration and wireless security (WEP, LEAP, PEAP, etc.).
- Familiarity with SD‑WAN, WAN optimization technologies, and cloud networking fundamentals.
- Experience with remote system administration.
- Understanding of Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and Ability to support escalated tasks and incidents from L1 teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment.
- Experience working with global customers (advantageous).
