Type of contract: Contract of Employment

Location and Work Mode: Gdansk or Warsaw, hybrid module of work 2/3 days from the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prior background as a Power BI Architect or Consultant, designing governance frameworks and deployment pipelines.   
• Able to own end-to-end BI solutions from requirements gathering to deployment and support 
• Understanding of ETL tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or other data integration platforms. 
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets to support business intelligence needs across functions.  
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to translate business requirements into technical specifications and interactive visualizations and build and optimize robust data models, handling data integration, transformation, and relationships. 
• Should be able to lead and should be eexpertise in data visualization principles including selecting appropriate chart types, storytelling through dashboards, and UI best practices. 
• experience with Power BI Service/Power Bi Server—workspace management, app deployment, dataset refresh configuration, governance.

Requirements

• 4–8 years working with Power BI or comparable BI/visualization platforms (Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
• Strong expertise in Power BI development and architecture 
• Solid understanding of Medallion Architecture concepts (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers)
• Experience with Qlik Sense or Tableau
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data transformation, and modeling
• Good understanding of ETL tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms
• Experience with embedded analytics or integrating
• Power BI into custom applications
• Prior experience as a Power BI Architect or Consultant
