Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Build Product engineering teams for Hi-tech customers - Semiconductor, Compute, Storage, Peripherals, Consumer Electronics
  • Ownership of the business / programs sponsored by Intel Europe - Poland to begin with
  • Program delivery responsibility - Customer satisfaction for the Scope, Schedule, Cost, Continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work with Sales, Pre-sales, Practice, Delivery, Talent acquisition teams to nurture, win and execute programs
  • Work with support teams like Facilities, IT, Business Finance to build development centers & engineering labs
    Connect with Execs to showcase capabilities and generate business
  • Supports the sales team while pursuing a qualified lead by gathering relevant information on technology platforms, account intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing products covering Embedded software / Cloud / Application development
  • Experience in managing teams spread across locations / timezones
  • Ability to converse with customers on technical and program management aspects
  • Experience in managing P&L for services business is a plus
  • Business Acumen - Commercial/ Financial working for small and large programs - estimation, pricing, tools, innovative pricing models Behavioral skills – High Customer focus,
  • Problem Solving, Decision-Making, teamwork, and adaptability
  • Effective Communication skills – Both verbal & written
  • Planning / co-ordination / anchoring customer presentations
