Experience- 10- 15 years’ experience

Location- Bangalore

Band- C1

 

  • 10+ years of Quality Engineering and Test Automation experience.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale automation frameworks.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, Selenium, and API Automation.
  • Mobile automation expertise using Appium or equivalent.
  • Experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) approaches and frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Experience with CI/CD implementation using Jenkins, Git, YAML pipelines, and Docker.
  • Experience integrating automation into DevOps delivery pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of API, integration, database, and microservices testing.
  • Experience defining automation strategy, standards, governance, and reporting.
  • Ability to drive automation adoption and quality transformation across programs.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agent architectures.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered test case generation systems using agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
Mandatory Skills: Gen AI Automation Testing .
