We are seeking an experienced AI Lead L1 to join Wipro Technologies' dynamic Technology Services team within the AI Solutions practice. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of generative AI and deep learning technologies, driving innovation and delivering impactful AI solutions to our diverse clientele.

In this position, you will leverage your proven expertise in Python programming and familiarity with leading deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch to architect, develop, and optimize AI models. Your technical skill set will enable you to engineer innovative solutions that involve traditional machine learning, advanced neural networks, and cutting-edge generative AI models, including large language models (LLMs).

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models with a strong grounding in programming languages, including Python and SQL, to facilitate seamless data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Work extensively with cloud development platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to build scalable, secure, and efficient AI pipelines and infrastructures.
• Possess advanced knowledge of generative AI technologies and LLM frameworks, expertly applying NLP techniques such as text embeddings, model quantization, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate effectively using industry-standard tools like GitHub, ensuring code quality, version control, and smooth teamwork across multidisciplinary teams.
• Utilize strong GPU computing skills to rapidly prototype and test novel machine learning concepts, optimizing model performance and resource utilization.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities by identifying root causes of technical challenges and recommending evidence-based solutions.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of statistics, machine learning, model deployment, and optimization techniques to enhance solution robustness and scalability.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively through written documentation, presentations, and cross-functional discussions, fostering understanding and alignment among stakeholders.
• Drive the incorporation of innovations in time series processing, multimodal modeling, natural language understanding (NLU), and natural language inference (NLI) within project deliverables.
