Position: Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical PM to lead delivery for the Building Orchestrator (BOR) track within Microsoft’s Digital Workspace program. This role combines technical expertise with program management to drive smart building automation and modernization initiatives.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery for BOR projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable solutions using C#, .NET Core, ReactJS, Azure Functions.
  • Integrate Generative AI/LLMs and explore AI agent frameworks (MCP/A2A).
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability, and alerting using Azure DevOps.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead Agile ceremonies.
  • 5+ years of technical program/project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services (Azure preferred) and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Azure DevOps/Jira.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and good familiarity with AI/ML integration and automation frameworks.
  • Proven program management experience in Agile environments.
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft client and managing Microsoft projects.
  • Experience in understanding the Building Infrastructure, IOT , Data analysis and Telemetry.
Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
