This includes a broad spectrum covering Investment Management, Asset Servicing, Global Markets, Wealth Management, Data Management, Post-trade Services, and Risk and Compliance management.
Join us in an exciting leadership opportunity as a General Manager - Senior Global Client Partner, based in the vibrant St. Louis or Chicago metro areas. In this role, you will be the strategic lead for key client accounts within the capital markets domain, driving business growth and fostering lasting, executive-level client relationships.
Your core responsibilities will focus on owning the full account lifecycle, managing a substantial P&L exceeding $50 million, and spearheading sales initiatives that align with our ambitious growth objectives. As an influential member of our sales leadership team, you will also mentor and guide other Account Executives to achieve collective success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive management of strategic accounts including developing and deepening relationships with client executives at the C-level and beyond.
- Ownership of account profitability and performance, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Leading diverse sales teams to drive exponential growth through strategic planning and execution of high-value deals, including complex engagements valued at over $100 million.
- Identifying emerging opportunities in digital transformation, cloud, analytics, cybersecurity, and other evolving technologies to meet client future-state needs.
- Building and implementing change management strategies to expand wallet share and enhance client partnership longevity.
- Serving as a trusted advisor and key partner within the client organization, influencing decision-making and business strategy.
- Coordinating internally with cross-functional teams and external partners to maximize account growth and operational excellence.
- Managing operational complexities and ensuring seamless delivery of services aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 15 to 20 years of progressive experience delivering IT portfolio services, specifically engaging with CXO-level executives within the Capital Markets or related financial services domains.
- Proven track record as a direct P&L owner, managing sizable client portfolios valued at $50 million or more, including experience overseeing and mentoring Account Executives or sales teams.
- Expertise in selling a broad spectrum of IT services, including but not limited to Cloud Solutions, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure Services, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity.
- Consistent achievement and often exceeding sales targets for revenue, bookings, and operating margins in highly competitive environments.
- Strong familiarity with global delivery models, enabling effective collaboration with offshore delivery teams and global counterparts to meet client commitments.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures within client companies, building multi-level relationships and acting as a strategic advisor to senior IT and business executives.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the agility to adapt in dynamic market conditions.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $240,000.00 to $375,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
