Role Overview
Wipro aims to deepen its industry-specific technology leadership to drive transformative value for clients in the Telecommunications industry. As the Global Offering Head for Network Managed Services, you will lead efforts to bridge any gaps between our technology solutions and client outcomes within your sector. You will build and guide a cross-functional team that combines deep technical, consulting, and industry expertise to address the unique challenges and opportunities of our clients.
You will focus on developing modernization solutions and bringing your team together to create these solutions. You will own the pipeline and work towards revenue targets. Your expertise in the Telecommunications industry will be crucial in developing thought-leadership points of view (POVs) and whitepapers.
Your role will involve forging trusted relationships with senior internal and client stakeholders, ensuring that Wipro’s industry offering is aligned with their strategic objectives, and developing solutions that address complex industry problems, leveraging AI to complement our global offerings. You will work closely with Wipro’s Industry Solution Architects and leadership across sectors to design, propose, and implement solutions that go beyond cost efficiency to deliver measurable client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Thought Leadership & Client Influence
• Leverage business acumen and industry expertise to develop and implement Go To Market (GTM) strategies for Wipro’s Network Managed Services offering.
• Proactively propose solutions, investment decisions and guide the evolution of Wipro’s Network Managed Services offering.
• Drive industry-specific thought leadership and share insights with clients and Wipro teams, helping position Wipro as a leader in the Network Managed Services space.
• Develop and nurture high-value client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Revenue Growth
• The Global Head is responsible for defining and executing a 5X growth strategy for this area, owning growth targets, and working closely with other Wipro teams to ensure alignment.
Practice Development & Growth
• Foster a high-performance team and culture of collaboration that will not only improve our brand perception within Wipro but also become a magnet for top talent.
• Coach, mentor, and empower our team to ensure that we operate with integrity, transparency, inclusivity, responsiveness and most importantly, be accountable.
Who we are looking for:
Industry Knowledge & Thought Leadership
• Demonstratable ability to develop Go To Market (GTM) approaches that enable clients to see how Wipro’s solutions will enable business value for their organization and customers.
• Deep understanding of Network Managed Services within the Telecom and Technology sectors
• Experience with Enterprise and Government related Network buildouts including Field Services, Service Delivery, and Service Assurance.
• Proven record of leading large, complex transformation projects that drive business outcomes in an industry context.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills with clients, ecosystem partners and internal organizations.
• Understanding of how AI is an enabler in this space
Pipeline Management & Growth
• Big picture orientation, conceiving effective strategies to drive growth.
• Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude and pragmatic approach
• Manage a “Field of Play” opportunity pipeline including outlining the pipeline and strategies to Senior Executives.
• Successful in generating business from new and existing accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements.
• Proven track record of winning transformational and strategic consulting sales, and strong focus on account planning, business development strategies, participating in large integrated deals, governance, delivery and operational management.

Solutioning & Driving Transformation
• Comprehensive knowledge of the technology and business landscape for the Network Managed Services space including emerging technologies, regulatory requirements, AI and best practices.
• Familiarity with modern technology architectures, including cloud platforms, data analytics, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Working knowledge of the various commercially available products in the Network Management space (e.g. Service Now, BluePlanet, etc.)
• Ability to guide consultants, solution architects, engineers, and technology teams to create and deliver scalable, compliant, and future-proof solutions.
• Significant transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible business benefits at large enterprise clients.
• Ability to drive and lead strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients, partners, motivate teams and achieve results.
Collaboration & Team Building
• Creative, collaborative, and motivating consulting leader who can focus diverse teams on common outcomes and goals.
• Nurturing, developing, mentoring of top talent into future consulting business leaders.
• Skilled in working with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, delivery, sales, and operations, to build and deliver cohesive, client-centric solutions.
• Proven ability to engage with C-suite clients as a peer and thought leader, driving conversations that focus on business transformation and technology innovation.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $190,000.00 to $265,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
