Detailed JD

  1. Working on GoAnywhere MFT v5.7.3 or above (mandatory)
  2. An understanding of the technical set-up of the Engine (ENG), Gateways (GWY) and ICAP(ICP) servers and how they work
  3. Be able to understand the technical set-up of transfers – Triggers, Schedules and Monitors and Custom transfers
  4. Able to set-up new transfers, with an understanding of external 3rd party requirements
  5. Understanding of Ciphers, PGP and SSH Keys as a standard for security and managing system vulnerabilities.
  6. Ability to troubleshoot transfers when they fail and work with the business to understand the impact
  7. Provide support where required for DR/BCP in terms of reviewing and creating runbooks and involvement in exercises.
