Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Ab Initio Technical Lead to lead the delivery, governance and modernisation of enterprise data solutions. You will provide hands-on technical leadership across Ab Initio, EME, graph governance, batch architecture and migration, while ensuring reliable day-to-day services. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Ab Initio engineering, EME and graph-governance activities.
  • Own technical outcomes across build, run and continuous improvement.
  • Shape batch architecture and lead complex migration initiatives.
  • Embed quality, security, resilience, observability and supportability.
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, testing and service-management teams.
  • Manage incidents, risks and dependencies, communicating decisions and actions clearly.
  • Maintain technical documentation, operating procedures and runbooks.
  • Drive Agile delivery, CI/CD, automated testing and secure engineering practices. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive technology experience, including leadership of complex delivery or operational services.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Ab Initio, EME and graph governance.
  • Experience in batch architecture and migration leadership.
  • Knowledge of GCP or cloud-native environments.
  • Strong understanding of observability, CI/CD and root-cause analysis.
  • Confident leadership and communication across geographically distributed teams.
