Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to define product vision, manage the backlog and prioritise work that delivers meaningful business outcomes. You will align business and technology stakeholders while supporting reliable services and the progressive modernisation of the technology estate.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
  • Own, refine and prioritise the product backlog.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Prioritise delivery according to value, risk and customer outcomes.
  • Align product, engineering, architecture, testing and business stakeholders.
  • Lead Agile planning, estimation, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Manage risks, dependencies and operational priorities.
  • Use data and service insight to reduce recurring failure and manual effort.
  • Maintain product documentation, operating procedures and knowledge articles.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive relevant technology experience, including leadership of complex delivery or operational services.
  • Strong experience in product vision, backlog management and value prioritisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder-alignment and communication skills.
  • Experience working within Agile, cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Awareness of GCP, cloud-native delivery, CI/CD and secure engineering practices.
  • Visible ownership, sound judgement and calm decision-making in business-critical situations.
