Job Description
Demonstrated expertise in both high-level and low-level SailPoint IdentityNow design, architecture, and implementation is essential.
· The candidate should possess the ability to assess an existing SailPoint IdentityNow implementation and identify potential gaps.
· They must be capable of recommending best practices in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and developing a comprehensive roadmap for IGA implementation, upgrades, or transformation programs.
· Proficient in applying troubleshooting methods to resolve intricate, cross-functional issues is necessary.
· Experience with the integration of Identity Management systems with authoritative source and target applications is required.
· The candidate should have successfully integrated at least one authoritative source, such as PeopleSoft, Active Directory, SAP, or Workday, and set up connectors for application onboarding.
· Proven experience in implementing automated provisioning and de-provisioning, trusted/target system reconciliation, as well as self-service password and profile management is expected.
· A solid understanding of Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, and REST/SOAP is important.
· Familiarity with directories (LDAP, Active Directory) is essential.
· Knowledge of databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is considered an advantage.
