Job Description:

  •  Hands-On experience in Identity Management space   for SailPoint ISC
  • Implementation of complex Identity Management / User JML processes and use cases as per the business requirements specification and overall technical design
  • Integration of SailPoint IGA system with at least one authoritative source is desirable
  • Integration of AD, Workday, Oracle ERP based application
  • Configuration and customization of SailPoint connectors
  • Good experience on migration from legacy IGA products to SailPoint ISC
  • Implemented automated provisioning/de-provisioning, trusted/target system reconciliation, Self Service password/profile management
  • Policies configurations and UI Customizations
  • Strong knowledge and experience in user provisioning, entitlement review and certification, enterprise directory architecture and design and RBAC
  • Ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing business needs and operational directives and deliver superior results.
  • Ability to take ownership of systems and processes and work both independently and in collaboration with team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management, IAM Leads , Project Manager and Program Stakeholders across multiple lines of business and corporate functions
  • Well organized, with good attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt information delivery based on target audience
  • Good understanding of java-based technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
