Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to establish solution governance frameworks, drive risk mitigation and standardization, and diagnose recurring architecture issues to ensure compliance, security, and interoperability across enterprise programs aligned with business objectives.

Area of Responsibility
Requirement Analysis-"Align requirements across multiple programs by establishing governance frameworks for requirement gathering. Ensure requirements are captured, validated, and prioritized in alignment with solution standards, compliance needs, and business objectives. "
Designing-Govern and validate architecture designs to ensure adherence to standardized principles, security protocols, and compliance requirements. Create reusable design patterns and solution frameworks for large-scale programs.
Integration assessment and support-Establish integration governance policies for solutions, including API standards, security protocols, and interoperability guidelines. Monitor integration strategies across programs to ensure compliance with performance and security benchmarks.
Troubleshooting-Diagnose recurring architecture problems impacting multiple systems and recommend corrective actions aligned with governance and risk frameworks. Validate resolution effectiveness post-remediation.
Risk Analysis and Assessment-Establish and govern risk management framework for multiple programs, including processes, policies, and controls. Conduct impact analysis for major architectural changes and oversee mitigation plans to ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
RFPs-Contribute to proposals and go-to-market materials by providing inputs on solution-level requirements, integration approaches, risk mitigation frameworks, and reusable design patterns. Ensure proposed solutions align with client objectives, compliance requirements, and performance benchmarks.

Presales Manager - BFSI Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) |
Role Overview
We are looking for a Presales Manager - BFSI to drive Pre-Sales & Solutioning initiatives within the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) domain. This role is a strategic priority as FCC remains a key investment focus for the year. The incumbent will work closely with sales, delivery, and solution teams to design and present FCC-led offerings for global BFSI clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities for BFSI opportunities with a focus on Financial Crime Compliance (FCC).
- Design solution frameworks across AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Fraud, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Develop proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution decks, pricing inputs, and effort estimations.
- Partner with sales teams to support client discussions, deal shaping, and solution defenses.
- Present FCC solutions to senior stakeholders and CXO-level audiences.
Stakeholder & Practice Collaboration
- Work closely with FCC SMEs, delivery teams, and practice heads to ensure solution feasibility.
- Align proposals with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Contribute to solution accelerators, reusable assets, and FCC offerings.
Market & Thought Leadership
- Track market trends related to BFSI compliance, regulatory changes, and financial crime technologies.
- Support employer branding and solution positioning in the FCC space.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong FCC domain expertise with hands-on pre-sales or solutioning experience.
- Exposure to BFSI clients (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance).
- Proven experience in client-facing roles supporting complex deals.

Experience & Skills
