GCC PRACTICE PARTNER

 

PURPOSE

Be the trusted advisor and authority of the Greenfield offering — the seasoned practitioner who has set up or run GCCs and can advise client CXOs on whether, where and how to set up or scale a new capability centre in India.

JOB DESCRIPTION – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Act as senior advisor and trusted practitioner in client conversations on GCC strategy, location, operating model and business case.

- Design the GCC set-up blueprint — feasibility, site/location strategy, talent model, governance and transition plan.

- Shape and quality-assure Greenfield proposals and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) constructs.

- Bring real-world set-up playbooks, benchmarks and risk lessons into every engagement.

- Mentor the practice team on GCC set-up methodology and act as escalation point during client set-ups.

- Partner with the COO Office and external advisory / real-estate partners to execute set-ups.

HOW WE MEASURE THIS ROLE – KPIs

- Greenfield engagements advised / set-up blueprints delivered

- Greenfield proposal win rate (where engaged)

- Quality of set-up design (client milestones met; time-to-operational)

- Client CXO CSAT/NPS

- Reusable set-up IP and playbooks created

- Contribution to Greenfield TCV

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 15–20 yrs with direct, hands-on experience setting up a GCC for a client and/or having run a GCC as a centre/site leader; strong India location and operating-model knowledge.
