Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

AI Strategy & Evangelism
- Act as the internal AI Advocate, promoting awareness, education and responsible adoption of AI capabilities
- Identify High Impact AI opportunities aligned with business goals and purpose initiatives that drive efficiency, innovation & customer value
- Collaborate with executives, domain SMEs and technology teams to shape the AI roadmap
- Ensure AI use cases adhere to ethical standards, governance, compliance and responsible AI practices
Product Ownership
- Define and own the product vision and strategy for AI-enabled solutions in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify and refine AI/ML/GenAI use cases that drive measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, cost optimization, efficiency, customer/employee experience).
- Maintain and socialize a clear AI product roadmap, highlighting value, dependencies, and timelines.
Backlog Management & Delivery Ownership
- Translate business needs into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI solutions.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on value, risk, technical feasibility, and capacity.
- Work with engineering, data science, and platform teams to plan sprints, validate releases, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Act as the “voice of the customer” during design, development, testing, and rollout of AI features.

- Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
- Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge
- Collate trainings to be conducted as triage to bridge the skill gaps identified through interviews with the Production Specialist
- Develop and conduct trainings (Triages) within products for production specialist as per target
- Inform client about the triages being conducted
- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
- Identify and document most common problems and recommend appropriate resolutions to the team
- Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
