Job Description: 

Wipro, a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company is looking for your talent to join into one of our projects as a Customer Service Representative.

 

This position belongs to the Digital Operations and Platforms (DOP) area of the company.

J͏ob Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from providers and members on Eligibility and Benefits (medical and behavioral health), Claims Inquiry, Provider Inquiry pre-authorization following call procedures consistent with client-approved call procedures. 
  • Connect with different Third party teams to delivery information and solution to the customer.
  • Report issues on process, calls, technology in a timely manner.

R͏equirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in BPO or contact center enviroment as an operations/customer service agent.
  • English advanced level.
  • High school graduated.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Mathematical ability.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy.
  • Ability to handle escalated calls.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules.
  • Amenable to doing voice and non-voice work.
