We are looking for your talent to join one of our projects as a Helpdesk.
This position belongs to the Digital Operations and Platforms (DOP) area of the company.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience.
- English advanced level.
- Good understanding of end-to-end human resources processes (COE and Ops).
- Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Word & Excel).
- Familiar with HR strategy and admin processes in ERP.
R͏esponsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through Chats, tickets & emails.
- Manage escalations (attend call, research on issue, coordinate with multiple teams to derive resolution, etc).
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery service.
- Track & document process updates/changes. Share it with team at requisite intervals.
- Update SOPs/knowledge documents at requisite intervals.
- Provide 2nd level support to team on queries.
- Assist with preparation of reports (performance based, adhoc, etc.)
- Assist with support on root cause analysis on dissatisfied customer feedback.

D͏etails
- Salary: Up to $25k MXN (based on candidate experience and qualifications).
- Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.
- Type of work: On-site training. Hybrid work model after training.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
