Job Description: 

Java Full stack Developer

Hybrid position in Guadalajara or MX City.

5 to 8 years of experience in role.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. 
The ideal candidate is passionate about designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining 
end-to-end software solutions using a robust modern tech stack. You should be familiar 
with both backend and frontend technologies, cloud-native practices, DevOps, and 
observability tools


Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent 
experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, NodeJS, TypeScript, Angular, and Ionic.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes/EKS).
• Solid experience with MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, and event streaming technologies 
(Kafka, ksqlDB, Flink).
• Familiarity with observability/monitoring stacks: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, 
Grafana, Elastic APM, New Relic.
• Experience integrating or building with AI products/frameworks such as LangChain, 
Cursor AI, LangSmith.
• DevOps experience with ArgoCD, Helm, Bamboo, Bitbucket, JFrog, 
CodeArtifact in a GitOps environment.
• Strong knowledge of AWS ecosystem and best practices for cloud-native 
development.
• Knowledge/experience with search and analytics platforms (Coveo, Endeca, 
Elastic).
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira
Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise .
