🔧 What you'll do

• Support board- and system-level diagnostics, testing, and validation in a modern production environment.
• Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing test stations to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform first-level debugging of hardware, collect diagnostic data, and document your findings.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams on builds, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Learn and follow technical documentation, work instructions, and quality standards.

🎓 What we're looking for

• Recent graduate (2025–2026) with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
• Genuine passion for hardware, electronics, and hands-on technical work.
• Foundational knowledge in areas such as circuits, embedded systems, PCB design, or lab instruments (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.) — a big plus.
• Curiosity, problem-solving drive, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work on-site in the Guadalajara metropolitan area.
