Role Purpose

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for PeopleSoft applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft software
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- Perform system testing and upgrades to keep the software up-to-date
- Develop and maintain documentation for PeopleSoft processes and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of new PeopleSoft modules and features
- Ensure data integrity and security within PeopleSoft applications
- Provide training and support to end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities

Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft applications and modules
- Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Engine
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Understanding of integration tools and techniques within PeopleSoft
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft security and access controls
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a PeopleSoft support or similar role
- Certification in PeopleSoft applications or related technologies is a plus
