Project Manager
Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will support project management and PMIV teams by coordinating customer installation schedules, maintaining project documentation, and supporting project planning and communication activities. Strong English communication skills are mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer installation expectations, timelines, and delivery dates.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and updating project plans.
- Maintain and update project documents, reports, and trackers.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate project-related information.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations.
- Support internal and external stakeholder communication and training activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools:
- MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Experience: 3-5 Years .
