Job Description - Service Delivery Manager
JD for SDM:
- Strong knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies
- Experience in leading Application Development, Managed Services, Staff Augmentation engagement in client facing role
- Take end to end ownership and drive key productivity improvement initiatives to improve the Margins in applications area
- Delivery Management
- Ensure flawless Delivery involving team size >200
- Work with respective teams to ensure zero client escalation on delivery
- Ensure 100% compliance to customer’s contractual obligations
- Ability to work and collaborate across teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account (Apps)͏
- Client Relationship Management
- Strong Delivery/Program Management - building and managing client relationships at all levels.
- Strategic meetings (QBR and others leadership meetings)
- Improve CSAT
- Enable revenue growth of an account - Generating delivery led growth by interacting with the customers in various lines of business to expand our footprint.
- Drive 4M initiative, Automation and Innovation Focus and Drive and deploy Knowledge Management across your area
