Job Description - Tableau Developer

Key Responsibilities

· Dashboard Development

o Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Sigma.

o Optimize dashboard performance and ensure consistent visual design standards.

o Create reusable templates and components to streamline reporting delivery.

· Data Preparation & Integration

o Work with data teams to connect to multiple data sources, perform basic transformations, and ensure data quality.

o Collaborate with engineers and analysts to understand available datasets and schemas.

o Exposure to AWS, Snowflake, or DBT for data integration and transformation is a plus.

· Stakeholder Collaboration

o Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful analytics solutions.

o Provide user training and support for self-service analytics adoption.

o Participate in Agile project discussions and feedback cycles.
